After some research, I found out that these trees are indeed invasive in many parts of the world. So I would be careful growing too much of it and I would keep an eye on the seeds. Tom
If you have ears, then it worked. Thing is, Corn is about the most self pollinating plant I've ever seen. I would never be concerned you would have to do it by hand. In fact, if you're seeing pollen everywhere, I can almost guarantee they are fine. Tom
Yes, they are self pollinating. Jim what does the term "partial" mean in regards to pollination? I have a Macintosh along with my Gala for pollination but it was understood when I planted them it was not necessary for the Gala. Tom
Okay folks, we are on target to get these shipped out just after Christmas. So keep harvesting and plan to ship your seeds to me in the fall after hot weather. Please don't send them before. Once you know what variety you will have, send me a message (just click on the linkthat says "pm" u...

I'm going to attempt a full glass greenhouse this fall in hopes of getting a better handle on maintaining the thing. My HFGH just isn't cutting it. It's a total piece of junk and I'm fed up with it. It belongs in the dump. Tom
OK, this HFGH has been a lesson in frustration. I am seriously considering building a real glass greenhouse with cement foundation. Still looking for good plans. I may have to design my own. Tom

Also, I had issues with the photo gallery. This is the price you pay for after market MODs. From now on,...
